Briox AB, formerly Fint AB, is a Sweden-based company, which distributes its programs in selected European countries through an agreement with Fortnox AB. The Company's offering comprises Internet-based business applications for small and medium-sized enterprises (SME), associations, schools and accounting firms. The portfolio includes several products for online business administration in the fields such as accounting, billing, order, file location, time tracking and customer relationship management (CRM). It is scalable, cloud-based and can be operated with the use of various devices. It offering is available in Finland, the United Kingdom, Germany and Poland. The Company's operations are conducted in three wholly owned subsidiaries and two partially owned subsidiaries. Its main shareholder is Six Sis AG.
