The Company's portfolio of properties consists of South Marsh Island, which includes Block 70 and Block 71; Eugene Island, which includes Block 18, Block 63 and Block 76; Grand Isle, which includes Block 95, and Transition Zone (Offshore Louisiana), which includes Bivouac Peak Leases. The Company's subsidiaries include Byron Energy (Australia) Pty Ltd, Byron Energy Inc. and Byron Energy LLC.
