Profile Summary
Caledonian Trust PLC is a United Kingdom-based property company. The principal activities of the Company include holding of property for both investment and development purposes. The Company has three development sites in the Edinburgh and Glasgow catchments, which two are at Cockburnspath. The Company’s development site at Gartshore is within 10 miles of central Glasgow, near Kirkintilloch (on the Union Canal), East Dunbartonshire. It includes farmland, policies and tree-lined parks, a designed landscape with a magnificent Georgian pigeonnier, a Victorian stable block, three cottages and other buildings and a walled garden. The Company owns approximately 13 rural development opportunities, nine in Perthshire, three in Fife and one in Argyll and Bute. The Company’s subsidiaries include Muirfield Homes Ltd, South Castle Properties Ltd and West Castle Properties Ltd.
