Profile Summary
Canadian Phosphate Limited is a mineral exploration company focused on advancing its Wapiti and Fernie sedimentary rock phosphate projects in British Columbia, Canada. The Wapiti Mining Project encompasses an area of approximately 78 square kilometers in Northeastern British Columbia, 70 kilometers (km) southeast of Tumbler Ridge in the Peace River Regional District. The Fernie Project encompasses seven subgroups of claims in the Southeastern Kootenay region of British Columbia, such as Marten, Barnes, Crowsnest (Pump Station), Mt. Lyne, North Alexander, Alexander and Bighorn, totaling approximately 108 square kilometers. The Project is located about 20 km to the Northwest and Southwest of Sparwood, British Columbia, a mining town and is located in the Elk Valley that is the home of several large mines providing metallurgical coal. Its products include rock phosphate-powder, rock phosphate-micronized, rock phosphate-granulated, FertAg 0-8-0, and FertAg 0-7-0.
