Profile Summary
CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT) is a Singapore-based property trust. The Company is focused on capitalizing on the information technology (IT) industry and logistics/industrial asset classes in India, as well as proactively diversifying into other new economy asset classes such as data centers. Its principal objective is to own income-producing real estate used primarily as business space in India. It owns a portfolio of over 10 IT business parks, four data center developments, one logistics park and three industrial facilities in India. It has a total completed floor area of approximately 21 million square feet spread across Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune. Its properties include International Tech Park Bangalore, International Tech Park Chennai, CapitaLand DC Chennai, CyberVale, CyberPearl, International Tech Park Hyderabad, CapitaLand DC ITPH, aVance Pune, Arshiya Panvel Warehouses, Building Q1, Building Q2, Aurum Q Parc, BlueRidge and CapitaLand DC Navi Mumbai 1.
