Profile Summary
Carpevigo Holding AG is a Germany-based holding company of the Carpevigo Group. The Carpevigo Group (the Group) designs, builds and operates power plants for electricity generation from renewable energy sources with focus on solar power generation. The Group's service range from site development and engineering, procurement and construction to commercial and technical management. The Group generates electricity in its own and in third-party plants and commercializes it by selling it to energy suppliers and grid operators. The Company focuses its activities on Germany, Spain and Italy. In Germany, the Company focuses its operations in the states of Bavaria and Thuringia, southern Germany, where it has 16 completed power plant projects and four projects under construction. In Spain, the Company operates one solar power plant in Badajoz, province of Extremadura, and constructs three additional power plants.
