Profile Summary
Cauldron Energy Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration and development company, which is focused on minerals supporting the clean energy transition. The Company’s projects include Yanrey Uranium Project in northern Western Australia, which encompasses the Bennet Well Uranium Deposit, Melrose Project in the West Yilgarn region of Western Australia, and three sustainable Silica (River Sand) Projects in Western Australia, comprising the Carnarvon Sand Project, the Ashburton Sand Project and the Fitzroy Sand Project. The Yanrey Uranium Project is located in a prospective Uranium district in northern Western Australia. The project encompasses a total area of approximately 1,270 square kilometers consisting of 12 granted exploration licenses. The Melrose Ni-Cu-PGE Project is located in the West Yilgarn province of Western Australia and has an exploration license, which consists of a 169 square kilometers tenement, approximately 250 kilometers (km) north of Perth.
