Profile Summary
CDL Hospitality Trusts is a Singapore-based hospitality trust. The Company is a stapled group comprising CDL Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust (H-REIT), which is a hotel real estate investment trust in Singapore, and CDL Hospitality Business Trust (HBT), which is a business trust. The principal activity of H-REIT and its subsidiaries is to invest in income-producing real estate and real estate-related assets. The principal activity of HBT and its subsidiaries is to invest in a diversified portfolio of real estate or development projects and real estate-related assets. The Company owns approximately 19 operational properties, comprising 16 hotels in Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, United Kingdom, Germany and Italy; two resorts in the Maldives; and a retail mall in Singapore. The portfolio of hotels comprises a total of approximately 4,820 rooms and is operated by lessees and/or hotel managers, which include international hotel groups.
