The Company develops spaces to live, work and relax in from procurement and acquisition to project development and realization to property leasing and management. Ina Invest operates through two business segments: Ina Portfolio which comprises the real estate portfolio of the group company Ina Invest Ltd, including promotional and investment properties in the areas of Zurich, central, north-western, and western Switzerland as well as CERES Portfolio segment which comprises the real estate portfolio and service business of CERES Group of the Buss site at Pratteln. The Company also focuses on hybrid real estate that ensures long-term flexibility of use and profitability.
