Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT (Trust) is an Australia-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Trust is focused on investing in social infrastructure properties within Australia. The Trust is engaged in providing investors with secure income and capital growth through exposure to social infrastructure property. The Trust's property portfolio assets comprise directly held investment properties and indirectly held interests in investment properties held through joint ventures and an investment through a financial asset. The Trust's portfolio includes approximately 373 properties. It invests in childcare, government and health care sectors. Its properties include Mater Headquarters & Training Facilities, Brisbane City Council Bus Network Terminal, South Australian Emergency Services Command Centre, 27 Livingstone Street, 35 Brookfield Road, Geoscience Australia and others. The Trust is managed by Charter Hall Social Infrastructure Limited.
