Profile Summary
China Overseas Property Holdings Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the provision of property management services. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Property Management Service segment is mainly engaged in the provision of property management services such as security, repairs and maintenance, cleaning and garden landscape maintenance for residential communities, commercial properties, government properties and construction sites. The Value-added Service segment is mainly engaged in the engineering, review of building plans, equipment and facility selection advice to property developers and other property management companies. The segment is also engaged in the operation of community assets, home living services and commercial services. The Car Parking Space Trading Business segment is engaged in the sale and purchase of parking spaces.
