Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through four segments. The Property Development segment is engaged in the development of properties for sale. The Property Investment segment holds investment properties for development and the generation of rental income. The Garment segment is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of garments. The Others segment is engaged in the sub-leasing business and the property management service business. The property management service business includes the provision of property management services to residential and commercial properties.
