Cogeco Communications Inc. is a telecommunications company that provides Internet, video, and wireline phone services to residential and business customers in Canada and the United States (U.S.). It also offers wireless services across its U.S. operating territories. The Company's services are marketed under the Cogeco and oxio brands in Canada and under the Breezeline brand in the U.S. The Company operates in two segments: Canadian telecommunications and American telecommunications. The Canadian telecommunications segment focuses on fibre-to-the-home network expansion in Ontario, improving connectivity for homes and businesses. The American telecommunications segment provides Internet, video, and telephony services to residential and business customers across approximately 13 states, including Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia.
