Profile Summary
Cosmos Exploration Limited is an international critical minerals company. The Company is focused on the development of Bolivia’s high magnesium lithium brine resources. Through an option agreement with Yacimientos de Litio Bolivianos, Bolivia’s state-owned lithium entity, to acquire 100% of EAU Lithium Pty Ltd, the Company is working alongside Vulcan Energy Resources Limited to evaluate the potential of Adsorption Type Direct Lithium Extraction (A DLE) technology as a solution for lithium recovery from Bolivia’s salars, which includes Salar de Coipasa, Salar de Empexa, and Salar de Pastos Grandes. These salars are located within the Lithium Triangle, a globally significant region spanning Bolivia, Chile, and Argentina that hosts over 56 million tons (Mt) of lithium, or 298 Mt of lithium carbonate equivalent. Bolivia hosts over 23 Mt of lithium resources. Its exploration is focused on the Nut Lake South and Angilak West Projects, situated near the high-grade Angilak (Lac 50) deposit.
