Profile Summary
Critica Limited, formerly Venture Minerals Limited, is focused on discovering and developing critical mineral deposits. It is advancing Jupiter and the Brothers Project, which is strategically located in a mining precinct in Western Australia. Its flagship critical minerals project is Jupiter, which is part of the broader Brothers Project. The project is 250 kilometers (km) east of Geraldton on the Geraldton-Mount Magnet highway, with the mid-west gas pipeline running parallel to the highway. high-grade rare earth (REE) mineralization occurs across the entire 40 square kilometer area of Jupiter. The Brothers Project includes the Iron Duke joint venture (JV), which hosts the Jupiter Prospect and is a potential REE clay hosted discovery near Yalgoo in Western Australia. In addition to its primary project, Jupiter and the Brothers Project, it holds exploration licenses in several regions and those projects include Golden Grove North, Kulin, Livingstone, Mount Lindsay and the South West.
