Critical Mineral Resources PLC is a United Kingdom-based exploration and development company. It is focused on developing assets that produce key commodities essential for renewable energy, battery storage and electrification to support the clean energy revolution. It is engaged in building a diversified portfolio of metals exploration and development projects in Morocco, focusing on copper, nickel, manganese, cobalt and potentially rare earths. Its operations include Anzar Copper and Zagora Cobalt. It has exploration permits in central Morocco prospective for copper, antimony, tungsten, lead-zinc and gold. Its exploration permits in the Rabat and Beni-Mellal regions cover an area of approximately 80 square kilometers. Meseta Project has exploration permits in a region of copper, tungsten, tin and lead-zinc mineralization. The Anzar Project is a sedimentary hosted copper-silver deposit in the Anti-Atlas of Central Morocco. It also has an option agreement to acquire the Igli Project.
