The Company's segments include the manufacturing and sale of the welding consumable and Metallurgical Cored Wire, which are mainly used in various sectors of industries, including infrastructure projects, thermal power plants, steel, metal, cement, and others. Its products include SMAW/MMAW Consumables, Tig Wires, Mig Wires, Flux Cored Wires, Submerged arc Welding wires and Fluxes, and Low Heat Input / Repair and Maintenance Welding Electrode. It serves various industries, including the power sector, the oil and petrochemical sector, the steel industry, the railway sector, cement plants, sugar and distillery plants, and others. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include V&H Fabricators Pvt. Ltd. and D & H MIDDLE EAST FZE.
