The Company is engaged in the manufacturing business primarily dealing in welding electrodes and consumables, carbon dioxide (CO2) wire, SAW wire, m core wire, flux powder, flux cored wire, stainless steel wire and other similar activities. The Company's segments include manufacturing and sale of the welding consumable and metallurgical cored wire, which are mainly used in various sectors of industries, including infrastructure projects, thermal power plants, steel, metal, cement and others. The Company’s products include SMAW/MMAW Consumables; Tig Wires; Mig Wires; Flux Cored Wires; Submerged arc Welding wires and Fluxes, and Low Heat Input/ Repair and Maint. Electrodes. It serves various industries, including power sector; oil and petrochemical sector; steel industry; railway sector; cement plants; sugar and distillery plant, and others. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is V & H Fabricators Pvt. Ltd.
