Dark Star Minerals Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on the acquisition and development of critical mineral resources, with a particular focus on uranium. It owns a 100% undivided interest in the Logan rare earth elements property that consists of approximately 14 Mining Claims totaling 55.6 hectares located in James Bay. Its portfolio includes the Cobra North and Khan West uranium projects in Namibia’s Erongo uranium province, the Bleasdell Project in Northern Saskatchewan, Canada, which covering approximately 515 hectares in northern Saskatchewan. It has an option to acquire 100% interest in the Ghost Lake claims in Labrador consisting of 28,575 hectares (ha) of contiguous claim blocks. The Company's subsidiaries include Off-Piste Opportunities (II) Inc. and Hungersite Minerals Inc.
