Profile Summary
Deep Yellow Limited (DYL) is an Australia-based advanced uranium exploration and development company. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Reptile Mineral Resources and Exploration (Pty) Ltd (RMR), manages the Deep Yellow Namibian project portfolio, which comprises Tumas Project, Omahola Project, Nova joint venture (JV) Project and Yellow Dune JV Project. Its Australia projects portfolio include Mulga Rock Project and Alligator River Project. Its Tumas Project includes exclusive prospecting license (EPL) 3496 and comprises a series of palaeochannel/calcrete-type uranium deposits located in Namibia. Its Omahola Project is located within the highly prospective Alaskite Alley corridor. The Nova JV includes two EPLs: Iguana and Barking Gecko, which is prospective for both basement and palaeochannel-type uranium mineralization. The Yellow Dune JV comprises one mineral deposit retention lease (MDRL) covering a drilled-out uranium resource of the palaeochannel/calcrete-type at Aussinanis.
