Deniz Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi A.S. (Deniz GYO) is a Turkey-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is mainly engaged in managing and operating a portfolio of real estate assets, real estate projects, real estate-related rights, capital market instruments. It invests in, develops, manages, leases, and sells residential, hotel, office, retail, and commercial real estate properties and projects. The Company's operations are concentrated in Turkey. Its completed projects include Le Chic Bodrum, Le Chic Tarabya, Bahcesehir Carsi, Goksu AVM, Karakoy Binasi, and Deniz Ofis. In addition, the Company develops ongoing real estate projects, including the Sarigerme land project, across residential, hospitality, and commercial property segments. It is a subsidiary of Denizbank AS.
