DGR Global Limited is engaged in the generation of projects and the provision of services and support to sponsored listed companies, within the mineral resources industry. The Company’s business is the creation of resource exploration, development, and mining companies. It owns a portfolio of investments in companies, which include SolGold Plc, Atlantic Lithium Ltd, Clara Resources Australia Ltd, New Peak Metals Ltd, and Lakes Blue Energy NL. SolGold plc focuses on the copper and gold porphyry systems at Cascabel in Ecuador. Atlantic Lithium Ltd focuses on the Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana. Clara Resources Australia Ltd is focusing on a diverse commodity base including cobalt, nickel, and metallurgical coal. New Peak Metals Ltd is focused on exploring for alternative gold deposits as well as other precious and base metals project opportunities. The Company’s pipeline projects include Coolgarra Minerals Pty Ltd, and Pinnacle Gold Pty Ltd.
