The Company's activities are divided into five business lines: Cable Television (TV), which consists of distributing local and international programming content through cable TV networks; Fixed Internet and Data, which provides fixed Internet and data services to residential and corporate users, mainly through fiber optic network; Mobile Telecommunication Services, which offers mobile voice and data services through third and fourth generation (3G and 4G) networks; Fixed-line Telephony, which is responsible for operation of fixed-line telephony, and Direct-to-Home (DTH), which is responsible for distributing programming content via satellite transmission. The Company's geographic coverage includes Romania, Hungary, Spain and Italy.
