It has one wholly owned subsidiary Dom Development Morskie Oko Sp. z o.o., one affiliated company, Dom Development Grunty Sp. z o.o, active in purchase of real estate for development activities of the Group. The Company also has stake in a joint venture company Fort Mokotow Sp. z o.o. As of December 31, 2011, Dom Development SA was controlled by Dom Development BV, which held a 61.91% stake in the Company. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s subsidiary, Dom Development Morskie Oko Sp. z o.o., was liquidated.
