Profile Summary
Embellence Group AB (publ) is a Sweden-based company that acquires, owns and develops brands in wallpaper, textiles, rugs and other interior decoration. Embellence Group’s brand portfolio comprises Cole & Son Ltd, Wall&deco Srl, Borastapeter AB, Artscape Inc and Pappelina AB. Artscape specializes in the designing and manufacturing of decorative and privacy window films; Pappelina is an international brand that offers premium plastic rugs; Wall&deco offers a design service with various levels of customization, ranging from the adaptation of colors and sizes of the graphics in the collection, to the development of entirely new subjects created specifically for the customer; Borastapeter is a brand of wall coverings; while Cole & Son is known for its authentic wallpapers based on traditional and modern British design. The Company’s subsidiaries also include a property management company, Fastighetsbolaget Borosan AB.
