Profile Summary
Empire Resources Limited is an Australia-based gold and copper-focused exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in mineral exploration and evaluation of properties in Australia. The Company owns four projects, such as Yuinmery Copper-Gold Project, Nanadie Well Copper Gold Project, Penny's Gold Project, and Barloweerie Project. The Yuinmery Copper-Gold Project has tenements, which cover an area of 106.7 square kilometers (km2), and straddle the Paynes Find-Sandstone Road 475 kilometers northeast of Perth and 80 kilometers south of Sandstone. The Nanadie Well Copper Gold Project partially overlies the Barrambie Greenstone Belt, which consists of a 1-4-kilometer-wide sequence of sheared chlorite-quartz-muscovite schists, amphibolites, banded iron formations (BIFs) and ultramafics. The Penny's Gold Project is located within the Gindalbie domain, a fault-bounded subdivision of the north-northwest trending Gindalbie greenstone belt of the Archean Yilgarn Craton.
