Profile Summary
Energy Transition Minerals Ltd is an Australia-based exploration and development company. The Company is focused on developing and financing supply chains for the metals and materials that are critical to the decarbonization of the world, with a focus on mineral projects globally. Its projects include Kvanefjeld Project and Villasrubias Project. The Kvanefjeld project is located in an area of southern Greenland, which has approximately one billion tons of mineral resources (JORC-compliant). The project includes various large-scale multi-element resources, including Kvanefjeld, Sorensen and Zone 3. The Kvanefjeld project remains subject to arbitration procedures in the Arbitration Tribunal in Copenhagen. The Villasrubias project is located in the southwest corner of the province of Salamanca close to the Portuguese border and 33 kilometers (km) away from Ciudad Rodrigo, the district capital. The Company is managing exploration projects in Western Europe, North America, and Greenland.
