Profile Summary

Energy World Corporation Ltd (EWC) is an independent energy company engaged in the production and sale of power and natural gas. The Company's principal activities include development, design, construction, operation and maintenance of power stations; development of liquefied natural gas (LNG), design, construction, operation and maintenance of LNG plants and road transport of LNG, and design and development of LNG receiving terminals, and exploration, development and production of gas and oil, design, construction, operation and maintenance of gas, processing plants and gas pipelines. The Company's segments include Oil & Gas, and Power. The Company operates in Australia and Indonesia. The Company is focused on the development of LNG facilities using mid-sized modular LNG trains and regasification facilities. The Company has primary gas and power operations located at Sengkang, South Sulawesi in Indonesia and it also produces gas, power and LNG in Australia.
