Profile Summary
Eureka Group Holdings Limited is an Australia-based company. The principal activities of the Company include the provision of accommodation and services to independent senior residents and specialist property management and caretaking services for seniors' independent living communities. It operates through two segments: Rental Villages and Property Management. The Rental Villages segment includes the ownership of seniors' rental villages. The Property Management segment includes management of seniors’ independent living communities. The Company owns approximately 30 villages, five of which are owned in a joint venture, and has an additional 14 villages under management. All its owned community villages offer units featuring open plan living and dining area, galley style kitchenette, a purpose built ensuite bathroom with provision for a laundry, large airy bedroom and an individual courtyard. Its villages are also pet friendly as well. It also provides professional management services.
