Eureking SA is a France-based special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed with the aim of acquiring targets companies in the field of pharmaceutical industry. The Company intends to the European and fast-growing companies specializing in three business segments: the production of biological products, cell and gene therapies and live Biotherapeutics (with applications in the microbiome).
