The Brokerage and Wealth Management segment is mainly engaged in the trading of stocks, funds, bonds, futures, options and other securities. The Credit Businesses segment is mainly engaged in margin financing and securities lending, repurchase transactions and others. The Institutional Securities Services segment is engaged in investment banking, sales and trading, investment research and prime brokerage. The Investment Management segment is engaged in providing asset management, fund management and private equity investment management services. The Overseas Businesses segment is mainly engaged in the wealth management, investment banking and asset management, among others.
