Evergreen Lithium Ltd is an Australia-based company. The Company is engaged in acquiring, exploring, and developing lithium mineral deposits in Australia. Its projects include Bynoe Lithium Project, Kenny Lithium Project, and Fortune Lithium Project. The Bynoe Lithium Project covers an area of approximately 231 square kilometers (km2). The Bynoe Lithium Project lies in the eastern Bynoe Pegmatite Field, within the larger Litchfield Pegmatite belt in the Northern Territory. The Kenny Lithium Project is 210 square kilometers and is located 15km to the east of Liontown Resources Buldania Lithium Project and 35km to the south of the Alita/Bald Hill Mine. The Fortune Lithium Project (EL31828) Located 145km NE of Alice Springs in the Arunta region of the Northern Territory. The Company's subsidiaries include Lithium Supplies Pty Ltd, Lithium Technologies Pty Ltd, Synergy Prospecting Pty Ltd, Argo Mining S.A., and Mining and Metals S.A.
