F4 Uranium Corp. is a uranium project generator and exploration company. The Company is focused on projects in the Athabasca Basin, which include high-grade uranium discoveries. The Company has about 16 projects in the Athabasca Basin, which include Clearwater West, James Creek, Smart Lake, Todd Lake, Wales Lake East, Wales Lake West, Bell Lake, Bird Lake, Cree Bay, Grey Island, Henderson Lake, Lazy Edward Bay, Murphy Lake, Seahorse Lake, Beaver River, and Hearty Bay. The Clearwater West property is located about 13 kilometers (km) to the south of Fission Uranium’s Triple R deposit. The James Creek Property comprises two claims covering 1,089 hectares (ha). The Bell Lake property consists of one mineral claim totaling about 2,225 ha. The Bird Lake property is located about 33 km northeast of the McArthur River uranium mine and 60 km south of the McClean Lake Mine site. The Beaver River project spans nine claims over 7,599 ha near the Athabasca Basin’s northwest edge.
