Profile Summary
Far Northern Resources Limited is an Australia-based advanced gold exploration and base metals company. The Company operates in three projects across the North Queensland and the Northern Territory, namely Bridge Creek, Empire, and Rocks Reef. The two tier one projects, Empire and Bridge Creek are significantly advanced and sit on mining leases. They are drill ready and in the case Empire and Bridge Creek hold Jorc Compliant Resources. The third project Rock Reef has highlighted four targets along a major 20 kilometer (km) NE structural trend emanating from caldera in the southwest. The Bridge Creek Project comprises of three granted mining leases situated within the Pine Creek Geosyncline. The project is situated in the historical mining area of Cosmos Howley Pine Creek area with gold previously being produced from the project area. The Empire Project on granted Mining Lease 20380 is located 34 km west of Chillagoe. The Rocks Reef Project is located 52 km west of Chillagoe.
