Profile Summary
Favorit Hold AD, formerly Aktsioner-Favorit Holding AD, is a Bulgaria-based holding company that is principally engaged in the acquisition, appraisal and management of shares, bonds, as well as the cession of licenses for patents. It specializes in the restructuring and management of its subsidiaries, the establishment of new subsidiaries, as well as the investment in and financing of other enterprises, in which it is a shareholder. The Holding has shares in Bulgarian companies active in different industries: textiles, auto parts, industrial machinery and equipment, footwear, engineering and construction, non-paper containers and packaging, tourism, and home furnishing industries. The Company's subsidiaries include Avtotranssnab AD Sofia, Favorit Petrol AD Varna, Kotlostroene AD Sofia, Promishlena energetika Varna AD, Preslav-AN AD Veliko Preslav, Racho Kovacha AD Gabrovo, Skladova Tehnika AD Gorna Oryahovitsa, Trimona AD Montana, and IF Favorit OOD Burgas.
