Fitzroy River Corporation Ltd is an Australia-based oil and gas and mineral investment holding company with a focus on non-operational assets such as royalties and equity investments. Its investments comprise royalty agreements centered around oil and gas production in the onshore Canning Basin in far northwestern Australia and in the Bass Strait. It also holds several hard rock royalties in Australia and New Zealand. Its Snowy River Gold Project is located near Reefton, on the West Coast of the South Island of New Zealand. Its Bowdens Silver Project is located in New South Wales, over 26 kilometers (km) east of Mudgee. It holds 1% of a 2.5% hydrocarbon royalty in the Gippsland Basin. Its Buru has a royalty interest in the Canning Basin and the Lennard Shelf through two royalty agreements: Lennard Shelf Royalty Agreement and Canning Basin Royalty Deed. Its Sams Creek Gold Project is located 140km north-east of Reefton and 100km north-east of Lyell on the South Island of New Zealand.
