Fjord Defence Group ASA, formerly Aquila Holdings ASA, is a Norway-based defence compounder focused on acquiring and scaling fast-growing, profitable companies. The Company's portfolio includes niche defence companies with fundamentals, alongside legacy assets such as a seismic multi-client library and an investment portfolio, such as: Fjord Defence AS, which is designs and manufactures weapon accessories such as tripods, mounts, pedestals, and related gear for ground, vehicle, and maritime use; Capsol Technologies that offers patented carbon capture technology; Utsira OBN is multi-client library; and Gulf of Suez is a mature petroleum basin located i Egypt. The Gulf of Suez multi-client data was acquired during 2019 with support from Neptune Energy and Schlumberger (WesternGeco) and cover an area of approximately 300 square kilometers.
