The company have seven wholly-owned subsidiaries in the area of Sales & Operations, four wholly-owned subsidiaries and a majority subsidiary as well as a subsidiary, APUS Software GmbH, in the software area, and two wholly-owned subsidiaries, a majority stake, a minority stake and a Subsidiary, 3T Communications AG, in the services area. The company's subsidiaries are located in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, Singapore, the Slovak Republic, Romania and the Czech Republic.
