Fulu Holdings Ltd is a company engaged in operating third-party virtual goods and service platforms. The Company provides a series of virtual goods-related services and value-added services to enterprises by operating Fulu Open Platform, including virtual goods sales, equity mall construction and user operation. The Company operates four segments. The Leisure and Entertainment segment serves entertainment content providers and help them sell membership services and in-app virtual currencies, such as Tencent Video membership cards and Douyu virtual currencies. The Games segment serves game content providers. Its products include prepaid virtual cards and game currencies, such as King of Glory vouchers. The Telecommunications segment provides agency services to telecommunications operators, covering telephone fees and data usage packages, such as China Unicom top-up cards. The Lifestyle segment serves life service providers and help them sell gift cards and e-coupons.
