The Company’s activities are focused mainly on rental income prospects and the largest part of its portfolio are residential properties followed by mixed-use properties, which are properties that can accommodate residential and commercial activities simultaneously in the same building. In order to expand the portfolio, the Company invests in development projects that are in various stages of construction or renovations.
