Profile Summary
Future Corporation, formerly Future Architect, Inc. mainly operates in four business segments. The Information and Technology(IT) Consulting segment is engaged in the provision of IT consulting services and procurement services for hardware, as well as the introduction, customization and operation and maintenance of enterprise resource planning(ERP). The Package & Services segment is involved in the development, sale and provision of support for FUTUREONE software and the construction of e-commerce(EC) site, as well as the cloud logistics inventory management (WMS) business and others. The New Media & Web Services segment is engaged in the operation of Websites, as well as the provision of Internet services. The Corporation Revitalization segment involves in the operation of food supermarkets. The Company also engages in the investment, ownership and operation of securities. As of December 31, 2013, the Company had 16 consolidated subsidiaries and seven associated companies.
