Profile Summary
Genesis Resources Limited is an Australia-based exploration company. It has a portfolio of gold, iron, manganese, uranium and base metal (copper-zinc-silver) in the highly prospective Proterozoic and Phanerozoic metallogenic provinces of northern and central Australia. Its projects include Alice Springs Copper-Iron, McArthur River Manganese, Plavica Project, Arltunga Gold Project and Pioneer Gold Project. The Alice Springs Project is located approximately 155 kilometers (km) northeast of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory and comprises one granted exploration license (EL 24817) which covers a total area of 372.59 square kilometers (km2). The McArthur River project is located approximately 850 km southeast of Darwin in the Northern Territory. The project comprises one granted exploration license (EL 24814), which covers an area of 380.88 km2. It has signed a joint venture over an advanced copper-gold project (Plavica) within the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
