Profile Summary
Genting Singapore Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries include the construction, development and operation of integrated resorts, operation of casinos, provision of sales and marketing support services to leisure and hospitality related businesses and investments. The Company owns Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) in Singapore, which is a destination resort and integrated resort destination in Asia, offering a casino, S.E.A. Aquarium, Adventure Cove Waterpark, Universal Studios Singapore theme park, hotels, meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) facilities, celebrity chef restaurants and specialty retail outlets. RWS features six themed hotels with approximately 1,600 hotel rooms. Its subsidiary, Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. (RWSPL), which is engaged in the construction, development and operation of an integrated resort at Sentosa.
