Profile Summary
Getchell Gold Corp. is a Canada-based gold and copper exploration company. The Company is engaged in the identification, acquisition, and exploration of properties for mining precious and base metals. Its projects include Fondaway Canyon and Dixie Comstock. The Fondaway Canyon is an advanced exploration stage gold property located in Churchill County, Nevada, approximately 135 kilometers (kms) (85 miles) east of Reno. The land package contains over 261 unpatented lode claims covering 4,463 acres (1,806 hectares). The Dixie Comstock Mine is a past small-scale producer of gold, located in Churchill County, Nevada, approximately 160 kms East of Reno, abutting the eastern flank of the Stillwater Range in Dixie Valley. Dixie Comstock is a low-sulfidation, epithermal gold system localized along a moderately east-dipping range-front normal fault. The Project consists of over 44 unpatented mining claims covering 725 acres (293.5 hectares).
