Profile Summary
Global Masters Fund Limited is an Australia-based listed investment company (LIC). The principal activity of the Company is holding an investment in Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (Berkshire Hathaway) on the New York Stock Exchange. In addition to Berkshire Hathaway, the Company invests in a diversified global portfolio of investments. The investment objectives of the Company are to achieve medium to long-term capital growth and income through investing in listed international companies and to preserve and enhance the net tangible assets (NTA) backing per share after allowing for inflation. Its portfolio also includes other global quality growth companies which are listed on various stock exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange and the Australian Stock Exchange. The Company’s investment manager is EC Pohl & Co Pty Ltd.
