Profile Summary
Grafton Resources Inc. is a Canadian exploration company, focused on the discovery and development of mineral assets in the Americas. The Company has four projects across Chile's prospective copper-gold-silver belts: Poseidon and Alicahue in the Valparaiso Region, approximately 185 kilometers (km) north of Santiago; Caldera in the Pedernal District, Valparaiso Region; and Jabali in the Aysen Region (Region XI) of southern Chile. The Alicahue and Poseidon projects sit on contiguous licences sharing one anomaly system covering over 14,383 hectares (ha). The Poseidon project is located in Chile's V Region of Valparaiso, near the towns of Petorca and Alicahue, and Santiago is around 250 km by road to the south. The Jabali project is located in Chile’s XI Region of Aysen, around 150 km from Coyhaique and consists of 81 exploration concessions covering 228.9 square kilometers (sq km). The Caldera project includes 10 exploration concessions staked directly from government totaling 2,100 ha.
