Grupa Virtus SA, formerly known as Raen SA, is a Poland-based company primarily engaged in the investment management business sector. The Company is also engaged in providing capital as well as specialized financing services such as bonds, loans, bridge financing, leasing, or factoring for the defence sector and dual-use technologies. The Company acts as a financial operator that supports enterprises implementing key projects for state security – from production financing, through technological investments, to the implementation of contracts for public and private entities. The Company supports the development of production lines, plant modernization, and the implementation of new technologies in the defence sector. The Company enables businesses to participate in programs such as European Defence Fund (EDF), Act in Support of Ammunition Production (ASAP) and Security Action for Europe (SAFE).
