Profile Summary
Gullewa Limited is engaged in exploration and mining, investments in equities and property. The Company’s activities cover Gold in Western Australia, base metals, mineral royalties and land subdivision in New South Wales (NSW). The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary Central Iron Ore Limited (CIO) is an exploration and development company engaged in the search for gold in Australia. Its main focus of exploration is in the Darlot Region of Western Australia, within 10 kilometers from the Red 5 Darlot Mine. The two main projects are: Red 5 Joint Venture and British King Gold Mine. It has a 1% royalty in several ATW Venture (Australia) Pty Ltd Mining Tenement, which include the Deflector Gold-Copper Project, located in the Gullewa Project area. The Company’s Gullewa Project is located 450 kilometers (km) north of Perth, 160 km east of Geraldton. The Company, through its fully owned subsidiary Gullpro Pty Ltd holds a 69% interest in a land subdivision at Aberglassyn.
