Profile Summary
Hamak Gold Limited is a British Virgin Islands-based mining exploration and development company. The Company is focused on gold exploration of a portfolio of licenses in prospective areas of Liberia. It operates in Liberia, with two gold Mineral Exploration Licenses (MELs) that cover approximately 1,116 square kilometers, Nimba and Gozohn. In addition, it has an option to acquire a further five MELs that cover an area of approximately 4,965 square kilometers. The Nimba License (MEL7001518) covers an area of approximately 985.60 square kilometers and is located approximately 120 kilometers (km) to the north-east of the Gozohn License and over 40 km south-west of Endeavour’s four-million-ounce Ity Gold Mine in neighboring. The Gozohn License (MEL 7002318) covers an area of about 129.60 square kilometers and is located approximately 30 km to the south of the high-grade Kokoya Gold mine operated by MNG Gold. The License is host to a number of structurally controlled greenstone belts.
