Profile Summary
Harena Resources PLC, formerly Citius Resources Plc, is a United Kingdom-based natural resources company. The Company is focused on supplying critical rare earth magnet metals, neodymium, praseodymium (NdPr) and dysprosium, terbium (DyTb) into supply chains supporting renewable energy production and defense industry manufacturing. The Company is developing the 75% owned Ampasindava Ionic Clay rare earths deposit in Madagascar. The Ampasindava project is advanced and contains a defined mineral resource of 699 million tons at 868 parts per million (ppm) total rare earth oxides (TREO) containing 606 kt of TREO. The project concession is located in the eastern part of the Ampasindava Peninsula, Antsiranana Province on the northwest coast of Madagascar, approximately 500-kilometer (km) north of Madagascar’s capital city Antananarivo.
